The Team Leader is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors (agents) to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard current insurance advisors. Train, coach, and motivate advisors on products, sales techniques, and compliance. Drive life insurance sales by helping advisors generate leads and close business.
Set and monitor sales targets for the team. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Support advisors during client meetings and policy presentations. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
