Position: Territory Manager – Sales Department: Sales Location: Kolkata Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Medical Devices / Surgical Consumables / Critical Care Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales of Critical Care, Surgical, and Medical Device products by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities - Develop relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, and key accounts.
Drive sales of Critical Care, Surgical, ICU, and Medical Device products.
Generate recent business and expand the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with hospital purchase and procurement teams.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain sales reports/CRM updates.




Support product launches, training programs, and medical conferences.

Requirements - Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Critical Care, ICU, or Healthcare sales.
Strong experience dealing with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, ICU/OT teams, and procurement departments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. KPIs - Sales & revenue achievement
