We are looking for a Training & Placement Officer (TPO) to manage student placements, build solid relationships with IT companies and recruiters, generate job opportunities, and drive successful placement outcomes.
Eligibility
2 to 5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Recruitment, EdTech or IT Training
Strong network with IT companies, HRs and recruiters
Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
Valuable knowledge of IT recruitment and hiring processes
Target-oriented and result-focused
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent job and internship opportunities.
Build and maintain corporate & recruiter relationships.
Coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.
Prepare students for interviews and placements.
Manage placement pipeline and achieve placement targets.
