Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
Conceptualize content ideas aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee content shoots (reels, videos, photos, campaigns).
Prepare explicit creative briefs for designers and video editors.
Review and approve creative assets before publishing.
Manage content publishing across social media platforms.
Write captions, coordinate hashtags, and schedule posts.
Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights.
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and external creators to ensure timely campaign execution.

Requirements:




2–5 years of experience in social media and content management.
Experience in managing content shoots, creative direction and coordinating with creative teams.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
Basic knowledge of content creation, design, and analytics tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
