About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and current offers clearly.
Answer basic customer questions and handle objections politely.
Follow up with interested prospects to schedule appointments or close sales.
Maintain accurate call logs and status updates in our system.
Requirements
Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Freshers with strong communication skills are highly preferred.
Fluency in [Hindi / English / Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge and valuable listening skills.
