Role & responsibilities
Verify customer KYC, income, employment, and supporting documents.
Conduct banking analysis, CIBIL/credit bureau checks, and obligation assessment.
Assess customer eligibility, repayment capacity, and overall credit risk.
Review applications and determine the appropriate loan amount as per company credit policy.
Identify potential fraud, discrepancies, and high-risk cases.
Process and recommend/approve loans within the assigned authority limits.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal credit policies.
Preferred candidate profile Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Personal Loan, Payday Loan, or Digital Lending preferred. Positive knowledge of CIBIL, banking analysis, FOIR/obligations, income assessment, and credit underwriting.
