Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Gen AI Full Stack Solutions Engineer to design and implement intelligent, scalable, and efficient software systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional full stack engineering and modern Generative AI applications leading solution design, ensuring high code quality, and mentoring the development team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities
AI Integration: Design and build AI-driven applications using Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
Full Stack Solutions: Develop robust web solutions using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, with strong architectural clarity.
System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems integrating AI and data-driven logic.
Innovation Research: Explore new AI tools and frameworks, proposing strategic adoption aligned with business goals.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, and Design) to deliver seamless solutions.
Leadership: Perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.




Robust hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, including architectural-level understanding.
Experience with Generative AI APIs (at least OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience
3+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 year in AI-driven projects.
