Webchefz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Project Lead/Team Lead- Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in modern full-stack development, client communication, project delivery, and hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions.
Required Skills
6–8 years of experience in full-stack development.
Solid expertise in Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js .
Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB .
Hands-on experience in building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience with AI automations using Text, Speech, and Call AI applications .
Good knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
Experience with DevOps practices , including: Server Management (Developer Level), CI/CD Pipelines, Docker / Kubernetes, Project Builds and Scripting.
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Robust understanding of software testing, debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning .
Proven experience in client handling and end-to-end project delivery .
