Lead Magnets is looking for confident and motivated Telecallers / Pre-Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining real estate projects, generating interest, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and preferences.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and key USPs.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Update customer details, call remarks, and follow-up status in CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, talk-time, and site-visit targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for further customer handling.
Maintain a professional and positive approach during every call.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable Hindi/Gujarati communication; English is an added advantage.
Confident and positive personality.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle objections and follow-ups.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive time management and target-oriented approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
