Key Responsibilities

Perform routine analysis of API, raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC and other analytical techniques.

Execute testing as per approved STP, specifications, and SOPs.

Handle HPLC operation, system suitability, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Review analytical data, chromatograms, and laboratory documentation.

Support method validation/verification, analytical method transfer, and stability studies as required.

Investigate OOS, OOT, and analytical deviations and support CAPA implementation.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity, and safety requirements.

Maintain laboratory records and ensure timely completion of testing and documentation.

Coordinate with Production, QA,



and other QC teams to support API manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

Robust hands-on experience in HPLC analysis.

Valuable understanding of chromatography, analytical calculations, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulatory requirements.

Experience working in a pharmaceutical/API manufacturing environment.

Valuable documentation and communication skills.

Qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline.
