An Accounts Payable (AP) skilled manages invoice processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payments with positive accuracy and understanding of accounts payable process and procedures.
Education: MBA or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Accounts payable Process.
Good Accounting knowledge and Analytical, research and follow up skills.
Must be accurate and details Oriented.
Valuable Command over MS Excel and Word.
Job Responsibilities
Experience in Invoice Processing
Should be able to handle all kind of critical invoices in the process.
Issue Investigation and follow-up for resolution.
Backup for site contacts in the process.
Subject matter expert in Apay process and initiate process improvement idea.
Should maintain error tracker and follow up resolutions.
