Roles and Responsibilities:
Receiving patients and generation of requisition slip based on doctors prescription, or test requisition form given by the customer/Patient.
Collection of accurate cash, credit requisition from patients/ customers.
Check patient readiness for requested tests •
Guide the patient about the tests and rooms / floors to approach for the same.
In addition to receiving of patients, attending phone calls and answering queries of patients and other customers.
Follow-up on report status
Dispatch reports, after confirming right party
Maintain cash hand-over register, cash & card transaction data and submit it to the branch manager daily
Apart From the above the position holds such responsibilities that are assigned in due course.
