JobType: full-time We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical direction, solve complex engineering problems, and help build scalable, reliable, high-quality software for our AI + IoT platform.

Requirements Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineers.
Design and review scalable software architectures and system designs.
Stay hands-on with coding and solve complex technical problems.
Drive technical decisions across APIs, databases, cloud, and application architecture.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
Mentor engineers and help raise the team's technical capabilities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Improve system reliability, scalability, observability,



and engineering practices.

Requirements • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
Solid hands-on programming and system design experience.
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
Experience making and owning technical architecture decisions.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience with code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and up-to-date engineering practices.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Nice to Have • Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products.
Experience with Python and modern backend technologies.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience working in a fast-growing startup setting. Must-have skills System Design, Distributed Systems, Backend Engineering Good-to-have skills Python, RAG, LLM
