Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
Maintain valuable communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
This role will be under Third Party Payroll
Language Mandatory : Telugu. Kannada, English
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with deadlines.
Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
