Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for startup and product companies.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles.
Source, screen, and engage top tech talent through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
Manage candidate experience and stakeholder relationships.
Stay updated on technology, startup and hiring market trends.
Work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
What Were Looking For
15 years of recruitment experience, preferably in startup/product hiring.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with good IQ & EQ.
Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
Candidates with client handling/stakeholder management experience will be preferred.
