Job Role

We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive who is passionate about travel, confident in client handling and target-oriented. And the job is based in Ahmedabad Gujarat.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle B2C travel enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.
Understand customer requirements and create customized travel packages & itineraries.
Sell Domestic & International holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and visa services.
Prepare quotations, handle negotiations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with leads regularly and achieve monthly sales & conversion targets.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers and internal operations team.




Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat & referral business.
Stay updated with destinations, travel trends, airline policies and offers.

REQUIREMENTS - 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales preferred.
Positive knowledge of Domestic & International destinations.
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Positive command of English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of visa, ticketing, hotels and travel documentation.
Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused.
Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms is preferred.
