Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
Handle billing and payment processes (if required).
Monitor table turnover and ensure effective seating of guests.
Train and guide junior stewards (for Captain role).
Ensure adherence to company service standards and SOPs.
