Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with HR and department heads for timely closure of vacancies.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as open positions, interviews, selections, and joining.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
