Presidium School, GGN 57 is looking for a responsible and organized Stock Incharge to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of supplies for smooth school operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily receipt, storage and issue of school materials.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for replenishment.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for material requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, returns and transfers.
Ensure systematic, secure and clean storage of all materials.
Prepare periodic stock and consumption reports.
Identify damaged,
obsolete or slow-moving stock and report the same.
Support internal and annual stock audits.
Ensure compliance with school inventory and procurement procedures.
Key Skills
Strong inventory and stock management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.
Valuable vendor coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements independently.
Robust organisational skills and accountability.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in inventory, stores, procurement or administration.
Experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred.
Knowledge of inventory/ERP software will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
