Role & responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and equipment.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum production downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation-related issues.
Handle maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines, Assembly Machines, Extrusion Machines, Packaging Machines, Leak Testing Machines, Printing/Marking Machines and other medical device manufacturing equipment.
Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance schedules, checklists and maintenance plans.
Maintain complete and accurate machine history cards, breakdown records and maintenance reports.
Follow GMP, EHS, 5S, SOP and QMS requirements during all maintenance activities.
