Site Engineer (Civil) –

Position: Site Engineer – Civil

Experience: Freshers / 3+ Years – depending on vacancy

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and workers.
Check measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions of construction works.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and material records.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Assist with quantity calculations, material estimation, and billing measurements.
Monitor project progress and report delays or technical issues to management.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings,



measurements, inspections, and site records.

Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Good knowledge of construction methods and site practices.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹10,959.53 - ₹37,707.97 per month
