Role Overview
Job Title: Outdoor Product Demonstrator / Brand Promotor
Department: Sales & Field Marketing
Location: Outdoor field locations, local markets, and promotional event sites
Reports To: Field Marketing Supervisor / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Live Demonstrations: Showcase vehicle features, mileage capabilities, and tech specs of Hero motorcycles and scooters to public crowds.
Test Ride Management: Facilitate protected outdoor test rides for prospective buyers while verifying valid driving licenses.
On-Ground Engagement: Set up outdoor display kiosks, banners, and promotional booths.
Lead Generation:



Collect contact details of interested walk-ins and pass qualified leads to nearby authorized Hero dealerships.
Brand Representation: Answer consumer queries professionally, distribute marketing brochures, and counter product myths.

Requirements & Skills
Valid License: Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license with a clean riding record.
Communication: Solid local language skills and friendly public-speaking ability.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Product Knowledge: Basic mechanical or functional understanding of two-wheeler operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
