5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
Proficiency with SQL Server all versions and related tools.
Solid experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and index management.
Deep knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Always On, SQL Server Clustering, and Replication.
Experience managing Azure SQL (IAAS & PAAS) databases.
Valuable understanding of Azure SAAS integration models for SQL solutions.
Robust scripting experience with PowerShell for task automation.
Solid understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high availability.
Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of other cloud platforms (OCI, AWS) is a plus.
