Position: Tamil Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain tourism packages, tour plans, and travel services.
Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Communicate with Tamil-speaking customers professionally and clearly.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer details, enquiry status, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the operations/team to ensure smooth customer service.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, travel, tourism, or sales is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
Friendly and confident while speaking with customers.
Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Patient and able to handle customer questions professionally.
Willing to work in a rapid-paced tourism setting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
