Role & responsibilities

Video Shooting & editing
Independently handle basic to intermediate video shoots & edits(Short and long form). Shoot reels, expert videos, interviews, explainers, corporate videos and social media content.
Set up camera, framing, lighting and audio for indoor shoots.
Guide speakers/talent on framing, positioning and basic delivery during shoots.
Understand shot composition, B-roll requirements and coordinate shoot requirements
Should be able to convert raw footage into crisp, engaging narratives with knowledge of cuts, transitions, pacing, sound, music and colour correction.
Create multiple platform-specific versions from the same footage.

Motion Graphics
Create clean and modern motion graphics for videos including animation, typography, numbers, statistics, charts,



icons and infographics and ability to present financial and data-heavy information in a visually simple and understandable manner.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust video editing and storytelling ability.
Solid understanding of motion graphics.
Valuable visual sense typography, composition, spacing
Understanding of social-media-first video formats.
Ability to identify the strongest portions of raw footage and build an engaging edit.
Ability to work independently during smaller shoots.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple videos and deadlines simultaneously.

Software Proficiency

Strong working knowledge of
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage
