3 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing organization preferred.
Candidates with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring will be strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, target-oriented recruiter who can independently manage requirements from sourcing to closure and is comfortable handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment mandates in a rapid-paced consulting environment.

Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant IT skill sets.
Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
