Store Manager – Footwear Retail
Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Drive store sales and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor and improve store KPIs, KRWs, and other key business performance metrics.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Create a customer-first setting and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock control.
Ensure operational standards, store processes, and company SOPs are followed.
Analyze store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
Conduct regular team briefings and provide guidance to sales staff.
Monitor individual and team performance and support employee development.
Maintain proper visual merchandising, product presentation, and store standards.




Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager.
Must have experience in the footwear retail industry.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, KRWs, and business metrics.
Proven track record in sales and team management.
Solid leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of inventory and store operations.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to manage a high-performing retail team.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
