Key Responsibilities
Manage taxation and statutory compliance for the manufacturing business.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other direct & indirect taxes.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns, payments, reconciliations and statutory reports.
Handle GST reconciliation, e-invoicing, e-way bills and input tax credit matters.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and government authorities.
Handle tax notices, assessments, audits and related documentation.
Review purchase/sales transactions from a taxation compliance perspective.
Support tax planning and identify potential tax risks and savings.
Prepare taxation MIS and reports for management.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
8+ years of relevant experience, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
Robust hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
Experience in handling GST audits, assessments and tax notices.
Positive knowledge of accounting and taxation processes.
Robust MS Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
