Role & responsibilities
Manage site production, dispatch and supply planning to achieve OTIF targets.
Prepare and circulate rolling dispatch and manufacturing plans.
Drive end-to-end MRP and material planning for commercial products, lifecycle projects and recent launches.
Ensure timely availability of API, RM and PM to avoid production downtime.
Monitor inventory levels, slow/non-moving inventory and material requirements.
Coordinate with Tech Ops, Project Management and cross-functional teams for recent product launches and site transfers.
Identify and escalate delivery, material and production constraints and drive timely resolution.
Analyze production/inventory data and implement process improvement initiatives.
Prepare MIS, KPI and performance reports for production and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, ISO 14001 and 5S requirements.

Preferred candidate profile Site Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Material Planning, Inventory Management, API/RM/PM Planning, Dispatch Planning, OTIF, SAP/ERP, Current Product Launch, Tech Transfer, MIS, Pharma Manufacturing.
