Elemecs Hospital, a 500+ bedded multispecialty hospital with state-of-the-art facilities, is looking for a friendly and proactive Telecaller to join our patient support team. In this role, you'll be the first voice many patients hear — helping them navigate appointments, answer queries, and feel cared for from their very first call.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups
Provide accurate information about hospital departments, doctors, and services
Maintain patient records and call logs
Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve patient concerns promptly
Follow up with patients regarding OP bookings, health checkups, and camp registrations

Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Malayalam & English)
Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service preferred (freshers may also apply)
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced healthcare setting

Pay: ₹11,843.69 - ₹16,000.00 per month
