Executives should follow the shift timings as per the business requirement. (9 AM to 6 PM / 10 AM to 7 PM /11 AM to 8 PM) Others as per Business requirements
Executives should be adaptable with shift timings, shift extensions & weekend work.
Daily, executives should dial a minimum of 250 calls (based on operational requests, this would be dialled up to 300+ calls per day as per business requirements).
Adhere to scripts to provide information about the products features, prices, etc. and present their advantages
Decent knowledge of and Respective Locations (CHN/CBE/HYD/BGR/PUNE) - Routes
To meet the daily allocation target of 5 per day (Applicable for 1 month as a current Bee). After the completion of one month, the minimum allocation target would be 10 with 1 SV per day (during launch, the target would change as per business requirements).
