ABOUT STRATINEXT

Stratinext is a creative marketing agency helping brands grow through social media marketing, performance marketing, content creation, branding, and creative strategy.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid advertisements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Add music, sound effects, B-roll, and other creative elements.
Edit videos according to brand guidelines and social media trends.
Work closely with the creative and marketing team.
Stay updated with the latest video editing and social media trends.
Deliver high-quality projects within deadlines.
Excellent skills of color grading

REQUIREMENTS
Robust knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphics.
Good understanding of video pacing, storytelling, hooks,



and audience retention.
Strong sense of typography, composition, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
Experience creating social media content is preferred.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about video content. You should be able to take a basic idea or raw footage and turn it into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
