Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete store and inventory data independently.
Maintain records of material inward, outward, issue, return, and closing stock.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material receipt, issue slips, and stock registers.
Verify material quantity, specifications, and condition at the time of receipt.
Maintain proper physical stock vs. system/Excel reconciliation.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the purchase team about shortages.
Maintain records of damaged, excess, and returned materials.
Maintain tools and tackles issue/return records.
Maintain vendor delivery challans, purchase orders, invoices, and other store documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock/MIS reports.
Update all store-related data in MS Excel/ERP/Inventory Software.
Maintain project/site-wise material consumption records.
Coordinate with Purchase,



Accounts, Project, and Site teams for material requirements.
Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and safety of all materials.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation for audit purposes.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software
Basic knowledge of Electrical & MEP materials
Robust inventory management and reconciliation skills
Positive documentation and reporting skills
Ability to independently manage complete store operations
Positive communication and coordination skills

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur)
