Role & responsibilities :
Review and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of scope.
Prepare and issue tender/RFQ documents; conduct techno-commercial evaluation and comparative analysis of contractor bids.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing, payment schedules, and scope clarifications with contractors and vendors.
Build and maintain a robust, reliable network of large contractors as well as local labour contractors across the region.
Track and benchmark prevailing material prices, labour rates, and market trends to ensure competitive and realistic contract pricing.
Stay updated on current developments, methods, and materials in the civil, waterproofing, and infrastructure construction space.
Coordinate with project, engineering,



and design teams to align contract scope with site and drawing requirements.
Monitor contractor performance, resolve commercial disputes, and support smooth contract closeouts

For Civil Contracts
Identify, evaluate, and award contracts for civil works, waterproofing, and civil infrastructure packages for township and high-end villa projects across South India.

For MEP Contracts
Identify, evaluate, and award MEP contracts covering Electrical, PHE, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ICT, and Elevator packages for township and high-end villa projects across South India.

Preferred candidate profile : BE Civil/Mech/Electrical from real estate background. Robust in contracts.
