MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate the design development, coding, testing, and debugging current software or significant enhancements to existing software.
Liaise with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.
Activities include evaluating, scheduling and resourcing development projects, investigating user needs, writing, testing and maintaining computer programs, and preparing systems • Deals with escalated customer complaints and develops suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
May articipate in the development of software user manuals.
