Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Handle, guide, and manage a team.
Coordinate daily team activities and track performance.
Conduct online and offline business promotion.
Recruit and train recent team members.
Maintain communication with clients and team members.
Achieve assigned business and team targets.
Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to management.
