Handle end-to-end DC operations including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.
Monitor daily shipment flow and ensure timely dispatch and delivery performance.
Manage ground staff, delivery associates, and vendor workforce effectively.
Ensure attendance, roster planning, and manpower allocation based on operational requirements.
Track operational KPIs such as productivity, TAT, misroutes, and delivery success rates.
Coordinate with hub operations, fleet teams, and support functions for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational processes.
Resolve operational escalations and support the team during peak load situations.
Maintain discipline, team engagement, and process adherence at the centre.
Prepare and share operational MIS reports on a daily basis.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse,



courier, or last-mile operations.
Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of DC operations and manpower management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and peak operations.
