Engineer with strong expertise in HP Aruba Networking to join our team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements and design tailored Aruba-based networking, wireless, security, and IoT solutions.
Lead solution architecture workshops, product demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
Support RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and scope documentation.
Position Aruba solutions against competitors using a consultative selling approach.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth solution transition and execution.
Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and support chance conversion.
Required Skills &
Experience
5+ years of experience in Networking / Network Security Presales
Robust hands-on knowledge of HP Aruba Networking
Experience with Campus &
Data Center Switching
Strong understanding of Wireless – APs &
Controllers
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, ClearPass, NAC, Network Security &
Analytics
Aruba certifications such as ACP / ACDP
Vendor-agnostic knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Ruckus
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Confidence in interacting with enterprise customers and senior executives
Self-driven, collaborative, and strong problem-solving mindset
