Directing all operational aspects including sales, distribution, underwriting, customer service, human resources, administration and in accordance with the company’s objectives
Meeting income objectives of the branch including portfolio management (retail loans)
Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for branch personnel
Developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
