Job Summary
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Understand client requirements and submit qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates/clients.
Negotiate rates and support offer closures.
Maintain candidate records and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing .
Robust knowledge of US hiring processes and work authorizations.
Positive understanding of IT technologies and technical resumes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
