Job Overview
As a Software Testing & Implementation Engineer, you will be trained to test software applications, configure customer environments, support product deployments, and assist laboratory customers in successfully using our platform.
Responsibilities
Software Testing
Execute test cases and validate software functionality.
Identify, document, and report software defects.
Verify bug fixes and support product release testing.
Test laboratory workflows and reporting features.
Work closely with the development team to improve product quality.
Product Implementation
Configure customer accounts and laboratory workflows.
Assist with customer onboarding and setup activities.
Support data import and system configuration.
Participate in software deployment and go-live activities.
Customer Support
Provide first-level support to customers.
Assist users with product-related questions and issues.
Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions.
Create and maintain user documentation.
Required Skills
Strong logical and analytical thinking.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of software applications and databases.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team workplace.
Customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Skills
