Role & Responsibilities

Star Toys India is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination while ensuring effective and accurate movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and regular stock audits.
Plan and monitor daily dispatches and coordinate with transport partners for timely deliveries.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Maintain inventory records using ERP/Warehouse Management System and Advanced MS Excel.
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse organization.
Monitor inward and outward material movement while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare inventory, dispatch, and warehouse performance reports for management.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational processes.




Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, cleanliness, and company procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
3 to 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, toys, gifting, stationery, or distribution businesses preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and dispatch planning.
Hands-on experience with ERP/Warehouse Management System and Advanced MS Excel.
Experience in handling warehouse staff and coordinating with transport vendors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting with a hands-on approach.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
