We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst / Senior Quality Evaluator with solid analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality evaluation, root cause analysis, policy interpretation, and identifying recurring quality issues.

Key Skills
Strong cognitive and analytical abilities with logical reasoning and pattern recognition.
Positive understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, and Six Sigma concepts.
Ability to interpret policies and guidelines and handle complex or edge-case scenarios consistently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain decisions and reasoning.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Audit decisions made by human reviewers and machine-learning systems.
Identify incorrect decisions and determine the underlying root cause.




Differentiate between:
Policy gaps
Training gaps
Tool/system-related issues
Prepare structured RCA reports with clear findings and reasoning.
Identify recurring trends and patterns in quality errors.
Participate in calibration sessions and ensure alignment with defined quality standards.
Provide easy, actionable recommendations to improve overall quality.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and quality across reviews.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ year of relevant experience or 2+ years of overall work experience.
Candidates with experience in Quality Analysis, Quality Evaluation, Content Review, Risk Operations, Audit, RCA, or similar rolesare preferred.
