We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through the process of choosing and applying to international universities and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding overseas education options, courses, universities, and countries.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.
Guide students through the admission and application process.
Assist with documentation, application forms, SOPs, and other admission requirements.
Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and admission procedures.
Achieve counselling and application-related targets.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.
