Position Overview

NFCI Group of Education is looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage customer and student queries, provide timely information, maintain proper follow-ups, and ensure a positive experience for students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to student, parent, and general inquiries.
Respond professionally to queries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding NFCI courses, centres, admissions, and general services.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students/leads and ensure proper coordination with the concerned team.
Handle customer complaints and queries politely and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries,



follow-ups, and resolutions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with different NFCI centres and departments for timely resolution of customer concerns.
Conduct feedback calls with students/customers to understand their experience and satisfaction.
Ensure proper documentation and daily reporting of calls and activities.
Maintain skilled communication and follow the organization’s customer service standards.
Support the Head Office team in other customer engagement and operational activities as required.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Care, Telecalling, Customer Support, Education Counselling, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
