Job Responsiblity
Monitor and identify current tender prospects through online portals, newspapers, and client communication.
Maintain a tender tracking system to record all active, upcoming, and closed tenders.
Study tender documents, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
Gather and compile required documentation (technical, financial, legal, etc.) from various departments.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and formats.
Prepare tender submissions accurately and ensure timely delivery (online or hard copy).
Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of results and feedback.
Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technical teams to obtain necessary input.
Communicate with clients or tender authorities for clarifications and updates.
Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, supporting documents, and bid outcomes.
Update company profiles, certificates, and statutory documents required for tendering.
Analyze tender outcomes and prepare post-tender evaluation reports.
Provide insights on pricing, competition, and trends to management.
