Job Title: US Payroll Specialist (ADP & QuickBooks)

Location: Visakhapatnam

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timings: 2:00 to 11:00 PM IST

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end US Payroll processing.
Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll is mandatory.
Robust working knowledge of QuickBooks (QB Books).
Good understanding of US Payroll Taxes, Payroll Compliance, and Medical Insurance deductions. • Experience handling payroll-related notices such as Child Support Orders, Garnishments, Levies, and other statutory deductions.
Robust accounting knowledge and payroll reconciliation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of payroll operations.
Should be capable of leading and supporting the payroll team when required.
