Key Roles & Responsibilities
Facultative Placement: Manage placement of risks with re-insurers across all Lines of Business (LOBs).
Claim intimations/ Data Preparation/ Analysis of data.
Reconciliation of various Reinsurance registers accurately and timely.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support audit processes.
Drive automation of workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience with Commercial Lines products.
Domain Knowledge: Robust exposure to General Insurance products (Commercial Lines) is mandatory.
Excellent interdepartmental coordination and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
Experience of working with external vendors/ partners will be an added advantage.
Solid command of MS Excel, Word, and Presentation tools.
