Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay experience for guests by adhering to the premium service standards of Trident Hotels.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities).
Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and public spaces.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
Handle guest requests efficiently, courteously, and within the given time.
Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
Ensure proper usage and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Laundry) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience in housekeeping (hotel/hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically demanding role (standing, bending, lifting)
Skilled grooming standards must be maintained
