ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development - Sales Executive to join our team in the cosmetics and beauty industry. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, coordinate business meetings, and represent our brand at industry events. This is a great chance for candidates who are passionate about the beauty industry and enjoy building lasting client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct telephonic and digital outreach with prospective and existing clients
Coordinate and schedule meetings, business discussions, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth
Support the sales and business development team with lead coordination
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities
Assist in presentation and promotional activities for company products




Identify new business opportunities within the cosmetics and beauty segment

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Marathi and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional in client-facing interactions
Comparable with telephonic communication and client outreach
Willingness to travel for exhibitions and product demos
Basic knowledge of sales coordination and client handling

PREFERRED SKILLS
Strong presentation and coordination abilities
Positive attitude and skilled behavior
Ability to multitask and manage client interactions efficiently
Passion for cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is a plus
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
